Sonrisa is definitely one of my favorite places. The staff was so friendly and the food was just amazing. It is peaceful and is just what one would need if you want to break away from the hustle and bustle of the city. However, the place is a bit secluded and can be difficult to find without google maps. The bed was just too soft for my liking and they only provided one dental kit set for the time we were there. We had to buy soap outside. Anyways, the staff truly makes up for it and the swimming pool is just stunning. Will we go back? Yes.

We booked on weekdays and got an opportunity to have the resort seem exclusive to us as there were no other guests at that time. The place is so quietly peaceful. The staff was amazing, especially the front desk. I forgot her name but his hospitality is amazing. The room was huge and fully equipped with a sofa and dining table. The place was amazingly clean and smelled good. I want to go back and book again and make sure next time we will be staying longer. Perfect get away if you want a laid back vacation.

Our overall experience is great. The only thing we can suggest is they should have provided comforter in each beds. Other than that, we had a cozy and comfortable stay. And the kids enjoy the amenities.

It’s a new resort and amenities especially the rooms are clean. What I like about it is that they really made sure there are portable clothes line for each room. Food is good and coffee great!

Right at the beach, but 20 mins. away from the town. kinda isolated. Nice pool, nice rooms, great staff.

Perfect for vacation and enjoy yourself

I booked by accident and realized it was outside of Bantayan Island after hitting "Reserve" and clicking for directions. Not even two minutes after booking, I requested a cancellation; however, I did not see that it was a non-refundable booking. I pleaded with customer service via 訂房網站 to help cancel it for free since it was outside of Bantayan Island. I even sent a personal email to the resort to see if they could assist with the cancellation, but to no avail, they rejected my request. We were just visiting Cebu as a stopover to Siargao and traveled with a child. Despite the long drive from Cebu City, we decided to go ahead with our booking, hoping we could be properly serviced during our unintentional stay. However, upon arrival, we found the staff busy preparing for an event that night. The resort's location is very hard to navigate if you do not have a private car. The pool could only be used from 2 PM to 4 PM, as it would be occupied by the event. We traveled for three hours from Cebu City only to be stuck inside our room due to the event, and we couldn’t even rest because of the loud music from the party until 10 PM. We felt pity for the resort since they had been hit by an earthquake; however, they could have shown some compassion and helped us cancel our booking since they had an event anyway.

위치는 큰 길에서 조금만 들어가면 있어요. 조식은 룸안으로 가져다 줄 수 있지만 우리는 밖에서 먹었어요. 수영장은 관리가 아주 잘 되어 있어요. 다시 가고 싶은 숙소에요.
