空蘇美爾廣場酒店 (Hotel Plaza Cozumel)

Most everything about this hotel is to my liking. Its location, the rooms, the beds are good, the pool is wonderful, the breakfasts are fine, and the service is excellent and friendly. My only reservation is that this year we came accidentally during Carnival and the noise level at night was terrible. Other times we have stayed here there was a lot of noise until late at night from the bar across from the hotel and the bar around the corner from the hotel but the hotel was kind enough to change our room twice so that after three nights we were able to sleep but this week they were at full occupancy and so there was no option. We will just have to remember to come during a quieter moment. I know this is not really the hotel's fault but I hope that other people will be informed by this review. Thank you.

Todo el personal es excelente, súper atentos y te reciben con una sonrisa. Muy buena ubicación, las tarifas son perfectamente razonables respecto a lo que se ofrece.

This is a great hotel downtown San Miguel. Extremely clean, excellent service. Very friendly and makes you feel at home. Nice breakfast included daily!
