Location was good. genarally speaking room and sheats were not clean for the 4 nights i stayed. Also water leaking.

There was a lot of someone else's hair in the bathroom when I got to my room, but it was too late and I was too tired from my day to ask for another room.

The location is located at the center of Old San Juan. In front of Marmalade, one of the highly rated restaurants. Have 2 rooftops. Wish there are pools but its in old san juan so its hard to have that lol. but their rooftop is nice. Bar was not open tho. Maybe because it is off season. There is a 24 hour front desk which is good. Staffs are nice. I actually never had a complain.

The hotel is in the perfect location in Old San Juan. The rooms are clean and a perfect retreat after a long day exploring the city! Don’t miss the two roof terraces for some amazing views.

Casablanca Hotel is a unique boutique stay inspired by Moroccan and Mediterranean design, creating a romantic, old-world atmosphere. From its charming interior courtyard with lush greenery to the rooftop terrace featuring lounge seating, jacuzzis, unique soaking tubs, and beautiful views over Old San Juan, it offers plenty of character and charm. The amenities are fairly basic—there’s no bellhop service, in-room coffee maker, blow dryer, or specialty drinks and snacks—but if you’re looking for an affordable stay with a memorable ambiance, it’s an excellent choice. I made new friends, truly enjoyed my time there, and would happily stay again.

Dude this was terrible. No water and also my bed had bed bugs as soon as I got to the us I asked a family member and they said that we had been bitten all over. WTH for real!!

This boutique hotel is everything! We loved our stay. Frequent maid service, several amenities open 24hrs, and friendly staff. We stayed for 7 days and we made this place home. It is very inclusive for everyone. We went during a time of water rationing - which is normal here, and we were fortunate enough to not feel those effects at this hotel. Noise levels were decent. Cleanliness is excellent. It is right in the heart of the city and is walking distance to literally everything on this island. We are definitely coming back to this hotel specifically because it felt like home away from home. Thank you Hotel staff for helping make this experience a dream.
