Room and pool was very clean. Staff were friendly and efficient when bringing out drinks out to the pool. Front desk staff answered my questions politely and effectively. In great location- you can walk to Condado area easily as well as other places to eat in Miramar area

We stayed at the Courtyard San Juan Miramar for 6 nights with our baby. Overall, it was a good experience and staff were all friendly. Having two good restaurants downstairs was convenient, even though we only went to the Comedor. There were a few good restaurants in the vicinity including the Ceviche Market which we enjoyed every meal we ordered, and the La Hacienda Meat Center just at the kitty corner of hotel with good coffee, desserts, and ready-to-eat food. I really would have liked to use the pool but the location was not comfortable as it was right outside the Comedor's and visible to everyone in the restaurant. I wish we would have been told that there are laundry machines in the basement we could use so I didn't have to go half an hour away.
