這個酒店千萬不要預訂，我當天準備臨時住一晚，定好了該酒店立刻出發，二十分鐘到酒店門口發現了很不尋常的一幕。酒店門口有十多位衣著暴露的女性和一些危險的男性，在酒店門口肆意打鬧，並正常出入酒店大堂。我們開車到達後猶豫片刻決定立即離開，有安全隱患，避免出現危險。立刻與酒店溝通退款，酒店不予退款，在此提醒預訂該酒店的旅客注意安全。

バス停が目の前にあるので便利だった。 ミネラルウォーターのボトルはないが，ロビーでボトルに水を入れることができた。 中庭は工事中で、プールに水は入ってなかった。 部屋は広かったが、浴室の換気扇が動かなかった。 ベッドメイキングは２日に1回だった。 綺麗とは言い難いが、汚くはなかった。

I had a very poor experience at this hotel. The room was dirty upon arrival, with Q-tips in the bathroom, pieces of rose petals scattered on the floor, and an unpleasant smell throughout the property. The second room I was placed in had a joint on the floor by the nightstand and also a strong odor. Staff were unable to resolve the situation, so I had to leave and sleep in my car, which left me without safe accommodation. I have not received any response from management or corporate, and my $100 deposit has not been refunded after nearly two weeks. This experience was unacceptable, especially while traveling for work, and I am requesting a refund and immediate follow-up.

Unfairly kept my $100 deposit with zero proof I stayed at Rose Garden Inn and paid a $100 security deposit upon check-in. I am a lifelong non-smoker and never lit any cigarettes or vape inside the room during my whole stay. I kept the room tidy, no stains, no trash left behind. After checkout, the hotel refused to refund my deposit simply because staff subjectively claimed the room had a cigarette smell. They showed no photos, no test evidence, no valid proof that I caused smoke odor. The smoke smell could have come from previous guests, hallway or adjacent rooms, yet they fully withheld my $100 deposit arbitrarily. I called the hotel multiple times to dispute this unfair charge, but staff gave no reasonable explanation. This is extremely untrustworthy and unreasonable. Do not book here if you don’t want your deposit stolen based on staff’s subjective guesses. I will never come back and warn all travelers to avoid this inn.
