I booked this hotel for the night prior to departing to the airport. I was shocked how beautiful this hotel is and wished I knew earlier. Service and friendliness of the staff was excellent, food at the Japanese restaurant was pretty good too. Shuttle to airport was convenient, definitely would stay here again when in Costa Rica. Nice area but a car would be best to get around San Jose.

Excelente relación calidad/precio. Si bien la ubicación es un poco alejada, te puedes mover por la ciudad con Uber. El hotel es muy lindo , a destacar limpieza y comodidad de camas . Habitaciones amplias.

Good points, room very nice and clean. Bar and pool staff very good. Dinner OK. Amenities also good. Not so good, receptionists abrupt and unwelcoming, we were told to see the bell man to organise a lift to the airport and he just left us standing at his desk organising about 10 suitcases and then walked off to deliver them to various rooms. We went for breakfast at 05.00 as it says on room information and was told when checking out it opens at 05.30. We had a flight to catch and make our own way to the airport so no breakfast.

리조트 호텔이라서... 산호세 시티에서는 떨어져 있습니다. 시내 나갈라면 택시 불러야 해요. ＞_＜ 하프보트해서 저녁까지 먹었는데.. 조식이나 디너나.. 비슷하고.. 입맛에 좀 안 맞았어요 근데 정원과 수영장은 좋아요
