I honestly wish I can give this horrible hotel less than 1* because I’ve never stayed at a hotel with worst customer service than this disgusting hotel. I paid around $550 for 3 night and even toothbrush and toothpaste weren’t provided when I asked for it. I was told that they didn’t have it. No slipper or bathroom were in the room. The light switches were awkward and hard to figure out. The safe wasn’t working and when I called the reception, whoever answered the phone hung up the phone on me. They made me feel bad arguing with them on another occasion when they wanted to charge me for a having a visitor in my room. They copied the visitor ID and had the visitor sign a couple of form. A disgusting person name Jorge at the reception desk was the meanest I’ve ever seen at any hotel and I’ve been to hundreds of them. After arguing with him in front of the guest that the guest is not there to spend the night, he embarrassed me and said that “you will be charged next time if you have another visitor”. The breakfast was that of 1* star hotel. It was awful and even things as simple and basic as cheese didn’t have it. This hotel didn’t make me feel appreciated or welcomed. I felt under constant surveillance and that’s not right. Look at they supply in the bathroom for over $175 a night! Never seen anything like that anywhere else. I highly DO NOT recommend it.
