The hotel is located close to Powell St BART station making it very convenient. The bed was very comfortable and if their baggage storage facility is extra secure as you choose a password for your individual locker

Room was small and smelled like the carpet was wet. First time in SF and booked union square which was a terrible choice due to the safety concerns with homeless people on every corner including directly outside the hotel.

Hotel location is great especially for travellers whom use public transport. Powell metro station is just one block away from the hotel as well as the cable car and buses. Hotel has a "pantry" area on the 2nd floor where they provide coffee/tea/chocolate hot drinks. They also provide microwave if you wish to warm up your food as well as water dispenser if you wish to use them. We enjoyed our 4-nigts stay at this hotel overall.

The hotel is conveniently located, just a 5–10 minute walk from the bus and metro stations. However, I didn’t find the surrounding streets very safe to walk at night, as there were many homeless people wandering around, and the area was quite dirty with a strong smell of urine. That being said, the room itself was nice and clean. There is also a common area on the second floor where guests can refill water, enjoy a cup of tea or coffee, and use the washing and drying machines, which is very convenient. The staff were very helpful—when we requested an extra blanket, they were happy to assist. Additionally, the hotel offers day luggage storage with a locker room, which is another convenient feature.

There is no room service - room cleaned only once every two nights. The rooms have poor sound insulation- could hear other rooms clearly. The coffee machine on 2/F does not work at all. There’s no cup, toothpaste, etc on the room. The hotel is far away from Golden Gate Bridge or golden gate garden. Neighboirhood is full of homeless people.

部屋の中は結構シャビーです。せめて湯沸かしポットがあればいいんだけど。2階に共用のコーヒーマシンや水などがあって、取りに行くのがめんどうだけど楽しめます。壁が薄いので隣や近くがうるさいとかなりうるさい。
