ウォーターサーバーと電気ポットがロビーにあり、使い放題で毎日利用させてもらいました。ホテル周辺は飲食店も多く、徒歩10分ほどにスーパーもあり利用しやすかったです。珍しく、シャンプー　コンディショナー　ボディウォッシュすべてが備え付けられていました。気溫が低いせいか、部屋にはエアコンがなく巨大な扇風機がありました。ただ、近くに治安の悪い地域がありますので間違ってもそちらには行かないように注意してください

It was lovely and clean. The staff were very friendly. The hotel is only a short walk from the Bart station, hop on hop off buses and street cars. As a 1st time visitor to USA on a tight budget, this place is great. I have booked my room again for the night before I catch my flight home to Australia.

先説點不好的，所謂的hotel，硬件設施跟國內的酒店沒法比，電梯老舊、洗漱池在房間裡、我住的房間窗戶朝內側，可能是有餐廳的原因，一直有嗡嗡的聲音。房間WiFi信號不是太好，基本到不了滿格狀態。再説點好的，地理位置相當優越，步行到唐人街、target、中央廣場都很近，周邊吃喝、生活小超市也都比較便利，電視機有好多個台，總有幾個頻道適合你。小小的一個房間竟然弄了個乾濕分離的淋浴間，也有點出乎意料。

The hotel was clean staff was efficient the hotel looks like they are working on making it better like remolding. The windows I think should have a protective screen on the outside because if a family with young children had the room we were in (401) I was able to manually open the window and someone can easily fit their body outside and have a horrible accident.

酒店在聯合廣場市中心的位置，位置比較好，離地鐵也不算遠，就是設施比較老舊，前台對華人看起來也不是很奈斯，如果為了位置方便是可以住的，按金，衹能刷信用卡，到現在已經回國10天了，還沒有退！

居住體驗非常糟糕，設備陳舊，噪音很大，樓道氣味怪異，尤其是設備轟鳴聲，窗戶完全不隔音。特別提醒，儘管是已付費入住酒店，但是入住需要刷信用卡預授權額度較高，是我入住所有酒店預授權最高且一個月都沒有撤銷預授權，儘管我郵件甚至再回到酒店要求查詢撤銷日期並被酒店經理告知已撤銷，但是截止目前我和銀行確認得知預授權仍未撤銷。類似問題之前也有評論提及。

I'm not booking here again. better choose a newer hotel around union square. the room has a foul smell and the carpet is dusty. I kept coughing and sneezing. this area is not safe for families a lot of homeless people roaming around the area.

距離聯合廣場很近，樓下附近有多家日本料理，口味很好。38路公交通過附近，hip on hip off旅遊觀光巴士都在附近，出行方便。酒店工作人員能及時回答問題，整理房間，保持良好衞生。
