超過一百年的歷史老屋，格局與地板未改，隔音普通，樓梯略微狹窄，吹風機要跟櫃台拿，但服務人員態度極佳，早餐是七點至九點，機器可自選數種熱咖啡，吐司與甜麵包等選擇，地理位置離Powell street與聯合廣場算近，唯二缺點是遊民多、夜間噪聲大。

在舊金山市中心,流浪漢集中區域,但是晚上門口流浪漢和其他區域比起來並不是很多。如果從BART的B1出口出來到酒店還比較安全,從其他出口到酒店的話,就要做好從流浪漢群中穿梭的準備,但是流浪漢也不會攻擊行人,就是氛圍有些詭異。到達酒店後,電梯需要由人工引導上樓,如果早上太早check out的話,要做好自己從樓上經過樓梯拿行李的麻煩,因為酒店員工都沒起床無人幫助操作電梯,電梯一直貼著一張紙out of order。定該酒店是因為去優勝美地的團會來這裡pickup,很方便。去機場步行坐bart也很方便。房間有洗漱台很方便,但浴室是公共浴室。上下樓的地板隔音很差。

I cancelled and moved to a different hotel and they refuse to return my 78 dollars. DO NOT EVER STAY HERE. They will not return your money! Even if you cancelled before check in time of 3pm.

Prime location good room with break fast, newr by union Square also Indian food, masjid and all facility newr by. Staff so helpful always try to help. Room size clean is good

Even though the room didn’t have a table and carpet, it had two chairs, a dresser, a queen bed, microwave oven, fridge, fan, and nice bathroom. To note also, you need to open and close the door if elevator manually, but it’s safe and not a beag deal. Bathroom has fluid soap, shampoo, and conditioner in the tubs that are easy to use. Overall, great experience we liked it so far.

주변에 노숙자들이 많은 지역에 위치하고 있고, 자동차, 공사소음, 노숙자 소음이 많음. 노숙자들이 지나가는 사람을 방해하지는 않음. 간단한 아침식사가 제공되고 특히 커피가 맛있음. 짐 보관서비스를 해줌. 직원이 친절함. 침구와 수건은 그닥 청결하지는 않음. 가격에 걸맞는 호텔임. 재방문 의사는 없음.

Aaroud hotel is a little bit durty area but 5minutes walk to Powell st station & UNION SQUARE, center of the city.hotel staffs are very kind and friendly.our room was clean equipped refrige, microwave inside of the room ,also we could check in earlier (maybe if room is ready.) 日本人にコスパ面でもおすすめ。テンダーロイン地區がOKであれば。

Un lugar muy pequeño y cerrado, en el cuarto habían ratones, nunca limpiaron el cuarto, las sábanas olían mal, el dichoso desayuno gratis no existe, en una zona muy muy peligrosa
