地板太差了。房間裡能聽到各種噪音，樓上地板走路的聲音，最可怕的就是外面警車、摩託車、汽車的聲音 ，很大，根本就睡不著，大半夜，一個多小時就被吵醒！

The hotel is very convenient, 1 min to union square. Also, next to it is the car rental centre. Very beautiful and spacious room as well. It is safe.

Well located, friendly staff who gave us a free upgrade to the room as we were returning guests. They give a carton of free water when checking in but if you request for more its $6 per carton. Overall gold stay!

El ingreso deja mucho que desear tendrías que reformar porque es muy feo. Por esa plata iría a otro hotel, después del tercer paquete de Amazon tenes que pagar cosa que no te dicen y te cobran. Las habitaciones son muy antiguas, camas cómodas. Nos dieron una pava eléctrica para tener agua caliente en la habitación bien!!!

Very nice hotel with convenient and spacious rooms, nice bedding (point of attention: pillows are a bit small/soft/flat and not very comfortable to sleep on). Reception desk team are all great and welcoming! We only stayed for one night.
