A decent hotel with very good location. Me and my 2 kids came for a vacation for 4 days in San Francisco and we had a good time both outdoor and indoors in hotel. Only setback is we hv to fetch water from lobby. We can’t boil our own water for our drinking. Either than that we were very happy with the service and stay. Good place to travel to places of interest.

I had a 訂房網站 with my family in SFO, and stay in chancellor hotel for 3 nights, due to some booking issues, I was unable to check in properly, the staff of chancellor who help me out especially VIVIAN, she was very kind and patient to help me step by step , and finally solved my problems, I was very appreciated ! Other staff are also very nice and friendly, overall we are very satisfied with our stay, I will definitely introduce this hotel to my friends and come back again. I will rate this hotel as 5 +star!!!

호텔은 가격대비 지내기에 좋습니다. 직원분들도 친절합니다. 다만 위치적인 부분에서 알았으면하는게 있습니다. 지하철 역에서 호텔까지 가는길이 오르막입니다. 무거운 가방끌고 가기에는 쫌 힘들수도 있습니다. 그리고 주변에 노숙자가 너무 많고, 악취(소변 및 약냄새)가 너무 심합니다. 물론 호텔의 문제는 아니지만 예약할때 주변환경에 대한 부분도 참고했으면 좋겠습니다.

ロケーションは最高です！サンフランシスコの繁華街のど真ん中にあります。クリスマスシーズンということでメーシーズとユニオンスクエアのクリスマスイルミネーションが素敵で何回も散歩して楽しみました。憧れていたケーブルカーや同系列のバスもすぐ前で乗れます。設備としては室內にドライヤーがあります。また広いクローゼットもあり連泊したので助かりました。部屋の冷蔵庫もちゃんと冷えてよかったです。またロビーには生のりんごやモヒートウォーター、クッキーがありいつでも自由にいただくことができました。りんごは皮のままかじりましたが割とおいしいです。クッキーはとても美味しかったので取りに行くたび種類が変わっていたのも嬉しかったです。フロント、ロビーがこじんまりとしていて、まるで古き良き時代のアメリカのリビングような寛ぎやすさも気に入りました。その背後にカフェコーナーがあり、コーヒー（デカフェもあります）や紅茶やハーブティーのティーバッグがたっぷり用意されています。ウォーターサーバー（溫、冷）もあるので、カップ麵などもいただきました。またそこには電子レンジがありましたので、持ち込んだレトルトカレーもたのしめました！難點を言えば、ベッドの高さがとても高いです。私は身長が170㎝以上あるのですが、跳び箱に乗る高さ（感覚的にですが80㎝はありそう）です。それ以外はスタッフも客層も穏やかで安心して過ごせたので、次回サンフランシスコへ行く時ならまた利用すると思います。

I like the hot water, tea, coffee, cookies, apples and popcorn supplies at the lobby. Hotel prepared champagne for my birthday but I was given a wrong room initially. Location is convenient but noisy, due to protests going on at the nearby hotels. They start early morning and end late at night. Room size is decent, we got a queen bed and it was soft. The toilet bowl position is very close to the toilet door and the wall. The room might not be ok for elderly or ppl with disabilities as there is only bath tub in the toilet.

Nos encantó el hotel , es muy antiguo pero no le falta un detalle. Ubicación perfecta , muy limpio y el personal excelente. Lo recomiendo 100%

酒店位置極方便, 就在聯合廣場旁邊, 去那裡都方便. 酒店大堂有水果, 餅乾, 咖啡和熱茶供應, 非常貼心, 如果房間提供熱水壺更好

房間真的挺小，設施蠻好的，是很古老的酒店。唯一不好沒有🅿️的，我們停在附近廣場停車場花費88刀，在市區有鐺鐺車出門就是，但感覺晚上不太安全晚上少出門
