A classic hotel in a prime location. The issue is that the hotel shows its age when you stay in the towers. Although it's livable, it's disturbing to see the toilet flush brown on the first two uses. Service at the front desk is not my preference because they like to engage in a lot of small talk and I was tired, but some will like that. The destination fee is a bit of a ripoff because they have weird stipulations about when you can use the daily credits and it's not cumulative even though you stayed multiple nights. I lost a day due to that. Couldn't get the wi-fi working for free without the Bonvoy thing either. Due note: do to renovations you have to enter from the south entrance and taxis pick-up on the main entrance on the eastern side.

Rooms are a bit dated but overall large. You have to ask the concierge each day to get the $10 uber voucher sent to your phone. FedEx on site in the hotel. Gym is excellent with 2 cable machines, many cardio machines, leg abductor/adductor, chest press, shoulder press, row machines, and free weights up to 60 lbs.

酒店區位十分好，正對著聯合廣場。導遊説最近政府在整頓市政，沒有想象中糟糕。除了少量行走中的流浪漢，街上相對比較乾淨。 酒店很老，但是衞生很乾凈，衞生間設施相對古老一點，但也是很乾凈的。 窗戶景觀十分好！ P.S.有30刀每晚的固定費用（到後發現是destination fee），可以用作餐廳消費。反正預訂是不含早，正好早餐費用又在下個fee裡付款了一大半，還不錯～

聯合廣場對面有老錢風格以為房間很小沒想到設計的很合理兩個人記完全夠用，每天要在酒店20刀的消費大堂裡就有簡餐區可以用掉，出門往下走就是鐺鐺車終點站可以直接到漁人碼頭，已經第二次住了推薦。

Smallest hotel room I’ve ever had, but it was just me, so it was fine. The staff were great, but I stood in line to check in for a long time. Easily over 30 minutes and there weren’t many people ahead of me. Travel weary guests might appreciate a more expedited check in process, especially for those who pre-paid. The $20/day food coupon and complimentary bottles of water were a lovely touch.

環境：酒店的地理位置確實很方便，隔壁就是聯合廣場，公交車和地鐵站都在附近，把握好出門時間，基本上沒有太多安全問題； 衞生：衞生條件尚可，剛進門的時候有很大一股消毒水的味道，開窗散味之後就好很多，酒店房間因為年代久的原因會有一些味道，但是這個好像是舊金山市區酒店的通病； 服務：服務像抽獎一樣看運氣，辦理入住的時候明確表示需要安靜的房間，結果前台經理給了電梯正後面的房間，雖然採光會好一些，但是電梯噪音非常大，所幸的是後來找換了一個前台經理溝通後也成功換了房間。退房的時候是一個義大利口音的女前台經理，態度非常好而且還主動詢問是否需要礦泉水（前面辦理入住的經理直接提都沒有提），直接把入住體驗提升了很多。

We had a fantastic stay at the Westin St Francis. It exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it. The hotel and suite itself were amazing, but more importantly, it was the service that really impressed us. 5 Star service and we were so grateful for how helpful all the staff were. Particularly Luis who checked us in and was very kind. Also, a special thank you to Bikram who was most helpful when I left my AirPods behind and he organised for them to be returned to me!
