舊金山漁人碼頭萬豪酒店 (San Francisco Marriott Fisherman's Wharf)

El hotel en sí está muy bien. Doy 3/5 en servicio ya que en la descripción del hotel indica que tiene consignación de maleta y esto no es cierto. No lo ofrecen y se excusan indicando que no tienen espacio, pero entonces no indíques que dispones de este servicio. Te envían al hotel Caza indicando que hay puedes depositar tus maletas obvio pagando por 6 bultos el coste fue de $50 ($30 + los impuestos) Adjunto fotos.

房子靠馬路，內部設施很簡陋，啥也不提供，水都沒有。位置到哪裡都差口氣，服務基本沒有，還有強制消費35刀一晚，最後兩個房間兩晚各付了100多刀搞不清什麼的費用。不推薦。

酒店地理位置挺好，算安靜，偶爾會聽到關門聲音但問題不大，明明取消成功且僅有一個有效訂單的情況下，入住時被告知有兩個訂單，前台和經理溝通後成功取消了多出來的訂單，我當時不是很理解。前台告知每天有 30 美金包含在訂單可以去餐廳消費，所以安排了兩個早餐還蠻好，30 美金一個人吃可以兩個人會不夠，多出 30 美金的會從按金里扣。

Never take this hotel again, after paying usd 275 a night. No storage of luggage because the hotel said, no bellman. I Can’t go out because storage facilities of luggage is not available.

酒店不錯 房間很大 距離漁人碼頭很近，但是沒有行李寄存，一般讓你把行李搬車上，車子可以晚點來取，也還不錯

All of the staff seemed really nice. From the moment we arrived and had a friendly greeting from the valet parking worker, to the ladies that we interacted with in reception. The room was nothing special, but by that I mean it had no outstanding features, or any distinguishable traits that would separate it from other hotels The concierge was friendly and helpful, and was very useful in helping us to plan our activities. And the hotel is in a good location to get to the pier or do the 'big bus' tour. But here's the downside. The gym is small, had no steriliser, or wipes, even though one of the rules stated in the gym is to wipe down the equipment after use. And the overall impression of the gym is that it could do with a really good clean from top to bottom. Added to that there's the washing machine and tumble dryer located in the gym. Yes that's right, in the actual gym. Now we were very happy when we read about the hotel having washing machine facilities, but we were slightly surprised at it's location. Another thing was the air con. We stayed in September and although the weather for the season was just starting to cool down after the summer, it was still fairly warm. The air con looked as if it had been fitted in the seventies and made a sound as if it had been running non stop ever since then. It was so noisy that we had to turn it off completely at night time and at different times during the day. On a final point we received news regarding the death of my partner's daughter, which meant that we had to cut our whole vacation short including this leg of the 訂房網站. We informed the front desk that we would be checking out one day early. We were not expecting a refund, for that day, but after being told by the member of staff that the 30 dollar a night 'destination fee' would be waived for the night that we were not going to be there, we later found out that this fee had still been added to the final bill. We still have no idea what a 'destination fee' is, but to be charged it when we weren't even at the hotel was extra galling. And what was also strange was the fact they didn't even ask why it was that we had decided to cut our stay short? Would you not be interested to know whether something was wrong with your customers stay, and to know why they had cut their visit short?? A bit of a poor end to a otherwise 'ok' stay at the hotel.

出行很方便，距離九曲花街和漁人碼頭都非常近，步行即可，關鍵酒店附近沒homeless，很安全。

房間挺大的，裡外套間，衞生間挺乾淨，沒有浴缸

房間乾淨，整潔，安全，服務很好。酒店離旅遊景點比較近，交通方便出行，周圍環境安靜，酒店服務人員態度很好。
