Instead, I was given a small double room with two twin beds. The replacement room was in deplorable condition. The refrigerator and television were broken, and the lights were out, leaving the space shrouded in darkness and coated with dust. The room was nearly uninhabitable due to a strong, foul odor and an overall lack of proper ventilation, making it almost impossible to breathe. Despite being aware that prices were significantly inflated during this exhibition week, I was willing to tolerate higher costs—until I experienced severe discomfort. After using the provided linens and towels, I developed severe itching and an allergic reaction. That first night, I barely slept due to the conditions in the room. At midnight, I informed the hotel of my decision to check out early, and they initially promised a refund for the remaining days. However, after I left, they reneged on their promise and refused to refund me for the remaining four days of my stay. I suspect that the front desk employee was instrumental in this dishonest decision. While I do not wish to single her out, her behavior reflects a level of greed and unprofessionalism that is simply unacceptable. At Jasper, the hotel’s restaurant, the yogurt parfait is a fresh and light breakfast option with creamy yogurt, berries, and granola. A great choice for comfort and character.

terrible service… checked in at almost midnight… aircon wasnt working and took an hour to change room…. had paid for the breakfast at time of booking but was told that its not included receptionist was rude breakfast option was limited with no egg in continental bf

房間比較乾淨，位置不錯，邊上吃飯比較方便，步行的距離，離展覽中心步行10分鐘左右，參展的朋友可以住這裡了

衞生，環境，服務都很好。早餐略微需要改進，桌子有點小，不太適合辦公。總體來講滿意，推薦。

Hotel is located near the homeless district. We found it quite surprising how many homeless people there were in the surrounding area. Hotel feels a bit dark. But in general meets a basic level. Clean showers coffee table bed etc..

飯店有點老舊，洗澡時上面會發出很大的聲響，飲水機也會！房間有點略小，但住起來還算舒服，算是會再回訪的飯店

酒店的門面和圖片差距大，感覺像家小店。設施裝修復古風格，暗色不太喜歡。服務人員很熱情友好，有中文接待員，這不錯👍。不好的地方酒店位置正好是流浪漢集中地，晚上他們大吵大鬧，影響大。
