隱形消費過多，下訂單時訂房網站標註1177.36人民幣，到店後根據當地政府稅收政策或酒店入住政策付款98美金。但入住後產生了303.44美金費用。有每晚49美金的destination fee,可以在酒店小賣部抵扣15美金的零食，但價格比當地超市的貴。有個每晚80美金的代客泊車費，加稅後91.2美金。谷歌上顯示最近的收費停車場很遠，停了車走回來有問題。酒店入住政策和政府稅收政策費比其他酒店都高很多，在小賣部買零食除了和別的城市一樣收取稅以外，舊金山政府收取5%的健康稅。每晚有舊金山政府資源管理評估費還有加州資源管理評估費，同樣是加州在硅谷住酒店就完全不會產生這兩項政府稅收政策費。還有個酒店對短期住客客房入住率的目的地資源管理費，這個費用其他酒店賬單上也沒有。完全是個坑，太多強製收費大大高出出發前訂房網站的提示。酒店附近很多無家可歸的流浪漢，有疑似的******，空氣中有疑似的**氣味。

設施：房間設施都是比較新的 衞生：每天房間都打掃的很乾凈，沒有異味 環境：非常不幸的是酒店坐落在流浪漢的聚集地，出了酒店的區域，僅隔了一條馬路就是流浪漢睡覺和活動的地方。

到酒店後莫名其妙被收了一些額外40刀的費用也就算了，樓下都是流浪漢。快跑。。。別來。。。 這麼大酒店早餐兩杯熱水被收了12刀，然後又自動被收了2次18%小費，一頓50刀的早餐被收了78刀，其中一堆亂七八糟的在別的地方根本沒見過的費用。 快跑。。。。超級糟糕的體驗

Great modern design hotel, very comfortable rooms, well equipped. Fantastic rooftop restaurant with wonderful kitchen and view. Very welcoming staff, great hospitality. Just ignore any bad reviews, they are commenting the neighbourhood, but that is just temporary. The location is very convenient, all modes of transportation right in front of the door. 100% recommended.

Timbri is a small hotel but very new hotel. I love the functional rooms, the great service from the reception staff, the cleanliness. I love the large open plan space that guests can use. There is a gym in the basement, a cafe at level 1 and a restaurant on level 13. There is a destination fee of 40 plus tax (levied per night) but the great thing is that they give you 15 dollars as a F and B credit. They charge 100 a night and they take that out of your credit card on check in and the destination fees are supposed to be taken out from there (as well as any room charges). I hope I get the refund that I should get... Location is the only thing which is not a clear win. It is located between market street and mason and is at the south east edge of the Tenderloin. The ups of this location is that is is very central and is a stones throw from Union Square and the Powell Station. The bad is that the surrounds have many homeless and drunks and makes it feel less safe.

酒店位置相當好，位於市中心（機場直達地鐵/叮叮車/輕軌都步行5分內可以到），但相對的遊民街友會比較多，但在歐美地區是正常的，小心就好～一樓可以裝水，很不錯

우선 시내 중심에 있어 교통이 좋아요. 호텔은 좋은데 주변에 홈리스가 좀 있어요. 밤에 와이프랑 돌아 다녔는데 호텔은 위치는 최고다.

1/28入住了三個晚上 周圍的環境蠻糟糕的許多對折人,空氣尿騷味以及特殊的臭味,環境更是髒亂 但飯店整體而言是可以接受的 酒店外有保全,安全度還是有的! 早餐對一般美國酒店來說已經算是蠻豐富,房間大小及清潔度都有水準之上是可以接受的!
