We got to the hotel at almost 3pm, they put us in a room closer to the beach which was nice but the room smelled so bad, so I asked to be relocated. The next room didn't have towels and no phone in the room for me to call reception. I had to walk down to request, but after more than half hour nobody brought us towels so I went to the reception again. The buffet breakfast inclusion was not buffet, they call it "controlled buffet" they only serve a limited (2pcs of small hotdogs, eggs), they shouldnt call it buffet at all.
