是一間綠樹成蔭的酒店，非常舒服的一家酒店，酒店有些歷史了，設施稍微有點舊，但服務還可以接待國人的時候美有很冷淡。

I recently stayed here early October 2026 and the experience had its ups and downs. When we arrived we had communicated that we would need to have our stuff delivered to room quickly since we had reservations at a steakhouse nearby. Not only did we wait about 30 minutes for our luggage but I had to head back to lobby to get stuff we needed to prepare for dinner. We also said if there was a place to store our cake and concierge mentioned that a mini fridge would be delivered and hooked up to be able to store our cake. This did not happen. There were no toothbrush or toothpaste included in the room. Seems like we had to ask for everything in order to have a pleasant experience. The looks and detail of this hotel is amazing and Spanish hacienda architecture is amazing to look at and explore. If you are looking for a luxury stay you will get that but I do believe the service is lacking but this may be due to shortage or lean staff operation. I do want to thank the staff that gave us a complimentary prosecco bottle to celebrate our special occassion. I would recommend staying two or more nights to be able to experience this hotel/resort.
