エレベーターがないので大きい荷物を2階に上げるのは大変ですが洗濯できて、長旅の途中で嬉しいです。バーはこじんまりですが飲み物、食事があって、プールサイドで頂けるのでとても便利でした。

Great location, can either jump straight on the freeway or go next door to the mall. Staff were great and gave us a lovely room with balcony. Rooms were really spacious aswell.

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. We specifically purchased a king room, but instead, we were given a room with two queen beds, which was not what we booked. On top of that, there was no water available in the room, so we had to walk all the way down to the lobby just to get some. The vending machines didn’t even work, making the situation even more frustrating. To make matters worse, when we asked about the possibility of a late checkout, the staff were rude and unaccommodating. The lack of basic amenities, failure to provide the room we requested, and poor customer service made this a very unpleasant experience. For the price you pay, you would expect much better service and basic necessities to be available. Overall, we were very dissatisfied with our stay and would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with decent customer service.

A very decent place to stay but not as recommended if you intend on using public transit The rooms are very tidy and cleaned regularly Disappointed that there was no elevator or any assistance to take luggage upstairs Overall for the price you pay their are definitely better options.

I tried canceling my room because my daughter's plan changed. She was going into bootcamp and having a hard time. I understand their cancellation policy I just thought they would take into consideration the reason as to why I had to cancel. If not a full refund maybe a partial.
