The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay!

Location in IJM very convenient as many food options around. Room is comfortable and clean enough for 2 nights stay but my room the shower did not have hot water only lukewarm water. Staff helpful and friendly.

Room in second floor, need to walk up at staircase, with luggages will be tough. Room we stayed have no wardore, cannot hang/put clothes. Only one room key card is inconvient, twin rom 2 person should get 2 cards. TV programs only local TV, boring.

I love the convenient location and clean. I can walk to eat at Nearby restaurant and bar anytime. Taking grab also convenient.

I requested extra towels, and my request was declined. Each room is allowed two towels daily. The bathroom setting is kind of weird. When taking a shower, water splashes all over the place.
