酒店環境不錯、房間一般、早餐沒東西好吃…又剛好遇上什麼節日、沒有泊車位.. 另一第一次住酒店要求提供額外礦泉水、最後退房時、要收錢每支$3.. 無言…

hotel yang mahal, bilik sempit, tiada peti ais mini, sarapan macam hotel biasa, bagus lagi hotel murah punya sarapan, tambahan untuk sarapan pun mahal, saya rasa macam menyesal juga menginap di hotel ini, harap-harap ada perubahan selepas ini, kolam pun bukan untuk family, tulis di pintu masuk kolam berpakaian sopan, tapi orang asing cuma pakai bikini sahaja di kolam, untuk orang muslim tidak sesuai berpakaian begitu, sebab kami ada anak-anak kecil yang mandi di sana

too many hidden charges..change room charges never we experienced but today they charge us rm50 for 1 night..this case they should have told us early but they did not!!..as for bed sheet blood stain they charge us for 2 bed instead for 1 bed only that got blood stain..fyi it is not blood stain its nail polish which is we admit that is from us..

The only thing I like is the spacious room the rest so so , suggest to do minor renovations as the door and certain part of water tap is not so good . Should provide better amenities, the hair dryer is so small and get heated after a few minutes use and u have to wait for some time to cool down first only can reuse. Kinda of dissatisfied about it.

Everything was good except the room did not have hair dryer plus the room has few fallen hairs, the blanket got stains. But, the receptionist counter was really friendly and helpfull.

The room was very spacious but the bath towels looked slightly yellowish and the bed sheets were quite thin and appeared worn. Perhaps the hotel could consider replacing them. Overall, it was a pleasant stay in a nice hotel.
