給中國同胞們參考：酒店簡介包裝成了一位華人老闆的賓館，但前台全程不會説中文，也不主動提供機場接送服務。房間極小，廁所乾濕不分離，洗個澡整個廁間都水漫金山。早餐可以在酒店隔壁廣式早茶餐廳（預製菜）解決，周圍有較破舊的華人商圈，麥當勞為界的另一邊是馬來當地人集市，問題少年多，夜晚極其不建議去駐足。酒店唯一的優點是離機場近，grab來回均在10分鐘左右。總體性價比差，前台服務態度不主動，如有其他更優選擇的話，不建議！

Good location, at night lots of restaurants near by and staff good service other than that everything not good. Aircond not cold, bathroom water pleasure very low, rm160 per night no bottle water in room and cleanliness very bad.

Great location at the Bandar Utama Sandakan, walking distance to local food. The hotel room is small, almost no extra space to walk after open the luggage. The toilet will be flooded each time after shower as there is no separation between the shower area and toilet area, hence the toilet always wet. Cleanliness needed to improve.
