Tuvimos un incidente con el hotel varias familias que nos alojamos el fin de semana 19-junio-2026 al llegar al hotel nos comunican que no tenían parkings disponibles ya que el hotel había rentado los parkings a otro evento por lo cual nosotros como huéspedes merecíamos un espacio de parking a lo cual nos dicen que vayamos al parking de enfrente y nos indican exactamente en qué lugar nos podíamos estacionar, en la mañana al despertar nuestros vehículos fueron llevados por el remolque “towing company” y nos cobraron $238 dólares a lo cual estamos inconformes porque fue debido a su falta de atención hacia nosotros los clientes

The security guard claimed no one should be in this room and insisted we should have checked out today, making us feel like we were staying without paying. We went downstairs, and I showed our booking confirmation to the staff. They acknowledged we had indeed booked two nights, but their management had only received payment for one day. They directed us to contact our third-party booking agency, which resolved the issue after we reached out. I believe your handling of this situation was entirely inappropriate.
