El hotel está muy bien ubicado. Muy limpio, las camas deliciosas, el personal muy amable y el desayuno bastante bien. Yo lo califico con un 10 de 10.

This hotel is overrated. The only positive thing is the breakfast, which is quite good with plenty of options. This gets one star from me. When it comes to location, cleanliness and service is a different story. Location is acceptable, however having a gate and fence around the parking area suggests that it is not that safe. There were homeless people on the premises. This gets two stars from me. I would give zero stars for cleanliness if possible but the system automatically gives one. The floor was dirty, no sign of vacuuming, unless they use bad quality vacuum cleaners. The furniture, table, night stand, lamps, appliances full of dust, no sign of cleaning. The table has the spot where the previous guest put his bottle or glass on. There was hair on the sheets. Bathroom floor was sticky with dirty spots on it, clearly no moping. The mirror had splashes on it, the toilet wasn't properly cleaned. I presented my concerns at the front desk, and I was offered the next door room. The same situation, probably a little bit cleaner floor but the bathroom was worse. The front desk person was quite kind and offered a third room, but it was already bedtime, children tired, we decided to stick with what we got. I was offered some snacks for free but refused since we didn't needed any of those. I was assured the manager will call me the same very day to make this right, however one week and a half passed and nobody called. I am sure nobody will call, ever. I can provide pictures if needed. This gets one star for service. I can not recommend this hotel within the price range they charge for. It is too expensive for what they have to offer.

Everything was perfect the clerk at the front desk was very helpful and polite 10 out of 10 costumer service breakfast was delicious and kitchen staff really nice our room was very clean
