The dates were wrong and did not feel any sympathy towards the thing about the mistake from the website that wasn’t clear about that date that was chosen when booked. I booked for certain day and it showed this booking on 3rd picture down from 657 properties that were available those exact days. Booked the property (as I’m not looking at days bc I already did at first) This was one of the first properties listed as available. Looked at dates and all info as I booked and noticed it was wrong!!! What?!,!?! Went to call property after just seconds of booking. The lasdy was worse than A.I. I think a.i. would be understanding as it wasn’t hurting anyone and only needed to refund as I took up no time to notify that it was wrong days so that if someone needed to book they had plenty of time. It was like 2 night before the day. She said her funding manager would see if it was in the budget to refund or not. ?!?!? Trip said it would be up to the property. Well I’m sure anyone would be understanding even a robot! I mean come on so I had go spend more money out of my actual budget to get another stay. Thanks!
