同行人員行程變動，明明提前修改了入住人，酒店前台的入住人還是之前的訊息，導致入住出現問題。然後酒店附近有什麼鐵人三項活動，車子不讓進，酒店也不安排應對措施，要自己拉著行李走一公里多去酒店。找他們溝通用電瓶車送一下，説電瓶車沒電。這家酒店避雷

強烈不推薦！！別來住，有一説一，酒店硬件不錯，但是很坑爹的是，在一個園區裡，會舉辦活動且離市區景點都打車要20分鐘以上。入住第二天園區搞自行車活動（在入住的前一晚前台也沒有任何的通知。整個園區封了，大巴和出租都進不來，前台和我説，需要走到園區門口叫車（30-40分鐘走路）。我就是請問，這個自行車賽是臨時當天舉辦的嗎?那在預訂時候或者入住的時候是不是有義務告知封園的情況? 而且在這種情況下酒店完全沒有任何應急機製，把問題全部拋給住客解決，一句抱歉也沒有。在我的再三堅持和爭取下，酒店才安排了一個電瓶車送我們到園區。還好有個中國旅遊團入住當地的導遊會中文幫忙我協調下，要不然整個行程全部被打亂。且電瓶車來的時候，前台完全不通知，還是好心的導遊大哥喊我去坐的。這種服務，前台除了會説英語完全不能給住客解決問題，硬件再好也不來了，再也不見👋 還是建議住在市區，至少不會有這種叫天天不靈的經歷。

We recently stayed at this hotel and I can't help but share my impressions! From the moment we arrived we were greeted with warmth and smiles. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and professional. Not only did they check us in quickly, but they were also happy to answer all our questions, especially Dildora, who helped us choose excursions and places for dinner. Their attention to detail and willingness to help made our stay even more comfortable. The rooms at the hotel are spacious and cozy, and the views from the balcony are simply mesmerizing. We enjoyed every moment spent here. Thanks to all the staff, especially the reception team, for their impeccable service and care. You made our holiday truly special! We will definitely be back again!

NOT a good location if travel to Samarkand. It’s in the middle of nowhere. They have shuttle services(they advertise this)but they did not allow me to use it. They have free wellness treatments but they promote it like a medical service:(. Also slow check in process even if everything was prepaid. You can definitely can find nice places in the city. But it was clean and they have god breakfast

環境不錯，這家酒店在離撒馬爾罕市中心10公里左右的地方，是一個酒店度假村，裡面有很多好酒店，比如Hliton，酒店整體環境不錯，一層還有健身房可以使用。外面度假村有景區，步行3公里即可到達。但這裡的服務意識不太行。

The front desk team is incredibly professional and genuinely helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them. Breakfasts are a real highlight, with a great selection and a restaurant team that speaks fluent English and Chinese, which makes the experience even smoother for international guests. And the cherry on top? Each room comes with a private balcony offering a stunning view of the nearby canal, such a peaceful spot to start or end the day. I would absolutely recommend this property for families, groups of friends, or business travelers. It’s a gem!

Очень приятные девушки на ресепшн. Свежий отель . Отличное постельное белье и одеяла очень мягкие . Но ! Ковер зря, он уже старый или визуально не чистый . Отличный завтраки !! Повар молодец . Все хорошо. Но , нас при заселении сориентировали что можно по территории вечного города можно передвигаться на гольф машинке бесплатно , до 18:00. По факту этой услуги не оказалось . Пришлось передвигаться на лодке платно . Не оказалось и бассейна в отеле. Хотя на фото мы его видели . Оказалось на фото бассейн соседнего отеля . ходили в со скидкой 50% так как сеть одна . В общем об отеле положительное впечатление . Все очень понравилось .

很漂亮的酒店，早餐很豐富，蛋糕做的很精美，很符合國人習慣。酒店前面就是展館，參加展覽和到會議中心方便。後面是個河，晚上夜景漂亮，沿河走走很放鬆。

Современный отель. Есть парковка. Въезд на территорию для гостей бесплатно (выезд по qr code) Персонал очень доброжелательный. Расположен за городом в отдельной зоне, что-то типа парка (по соседству с другим отелями) и развлекательным парком.
