酒店環境還不錯。早餐很好。但是服務人員不知該如何評價，講話時看上去挺耐心，但是解決事情很糊弄，因為噪音要求換房，就對你説全滿了，沒房可換，給他擺出事實後，就立刻換了。很多事都是如此。衹要你一提問題，就會不加思索拒絕你。

Excelente elección. Hotel muy limpio, diseñado con gusto en los interiores, muy nuevo -siguiendo patrones occidentales con gusto local-. La comida buenísima y la oferta incluye algunos platos tradicionales. La atención extraordinaria por parte de todos los trabajadores y responsables del hotel. No teníamos divisa y nos pagaron el taxi al aeropuerto. La piscina exterior es encantadora. Volveremos.

應該是老酒店改的，裝修比較簡單，衞生做的不好，看起來嘛國內快捷酒店的水平，但是房間面積挺大的，床墊軟硬也比較合適。有個戶外泳池。如果價錢低的話，可以住。

ウォームハンガーがあり、洗濯物が早く乾いて助かりました。アメニティも揃っていてよかったです。フロントの方も親切で、両替すると言ったら付き添ってくれました。ホテルのレストランも夕食美味しかったです。

Estadia quase perfeita, que delicia de hotel! Hotel muito confortável, lindo, elegante, cheiroso, bem localizado. Quarto grande, ótima vista. Gostei muito de quase tudo. Sigo com lindas memórias desta cidade charmosa. Deixo duas sugestões: 1: aumentar a temperatura da água do banho; 2: rever os protocolos de limpeza dos quartos. Em especial no meu terceiro dia de estadia (um sábado), foi tão ruim que ficamos em dúvida se a cama havia sido estendida. Os copos continuaram sujos de batom sobre a pia, copos limpos não foram repostos, as toalhas estavam mal dobradas... e mais nada! Nunca vi um serviço tão ruim!

淡季這個價格確實非常划算，除了服務達不到星級標準外，其他的都能夠得上四星+酒店了，尤其是早餐，很豐富多樣，早餐裡的咖啡很好喝。

Great 3 nights stay at Movenpick hotel with all amenities. Very convenient and close to the Gour Emir monument (4/5mn by walk) and the Registan square (15/16mn). A lot of cafe and restaurants around the hotel as we didn’t book the hotel breakfast. As we are lazy to dine out, we enjoyed twice diners at the restaurant Caramelle (really juicy manti and tasteful somsa & soups) We tried the sauna (hammam was under reparation) and the fitness. We had pleasant drinks at the pool bar. So we can recommend the Movenpick hotel at Samarkand. And the room rates are very affordable for a 4,5/5* hotel.

Beautiful lobby area, great location, lovely selection at breakfast, little disappointed with the actual room, it didn’t reflect the exterior or public areas, but it was manageable. Over satisfied with our two nights stay.

早餐非常不錯，吃早餐的地方也很漂亮地理位置很好，步行到景點也不算遠房間中規中矩服務一般，不是很熱情，前台小哥對歐美遊客非常熱情，對前一個西班牙中老年女性遊客誇錢包好看誇銀行卡好看誇了很久（此前我們辦理入住時就公事公辦吧，這種明顯又微妙的差異大家都懂的），讓我要個registeration card乾等了很久，後來就走了過會兒再拿：）
