The room is nice. Affordable rate good for 4 pax. Its on the center of downtown. Though the CR has bad smell and AC is not cold enough. There's an issue with the door as it can't be locked when we go outside but the staff are easy to approach with and they fixed the issue immediately.

The room and toilet smelled old. Refurbishing really needed for this hotel. God location though at the heart of catbalogan. No hot shower as well.

Location is good as it's the center of downtown. The price is affordable as well, room is big and clean and staff are nice and very accommodated. I just experienced black out but they use a generator for the mean time, though it took time but staff approached me if everything is alright. I recommend this one
