全五星酒店！人生酒店！看到了人生一刻的美景！拍到了超美照片！感覺自己就住在了仙境裡，完全吻合從小到大對於《音樂之聲》上校家的想象！真的不會後悔！ 另外，早餐真的品質非常高，強推！

房間離reception很遠，不知道是不是故意安排給中國人，入住時一定記得叮囑前台不要安排最遠的那間！！！ 房間內無空調非常悶熱，閣樓衹有一台冷風機，洗澡水壓不錯。感覺周圍環境沒有很好保護，湖水比較臟，沒有圖片那麼美，圖書館和早餐非常棒！

風景是美的 追尋音樂之聲 但是房間沒空調 太熱了 基本上沒有服務 沒有冰箱沒有瓶裝水 4000的家庭房説實在的 性價比太低 沒有那個情懷的其實真沒必要去

Localización espectacular, y el palacio antiguo una obra de arte. Solo eso y los jardines merecen la estancia. El personal de recepción y del bar fantástico. El desayuno muy bueno, aunque la limpieza de platos y cubiertos no fuera al 100%. La habitación sencilla pero comfortable y de tamaño razonable.

Stopping in Salzburg to check out Mozart place before driving to Vienna and we found this hotel from website. It looked beautiful so decided to stay overnight. Beautiful setting indeed overlooking the lake. The place is huge and we find many outdoor areas are not well maintained, probably because it’s winter or the site is simply too big to manage. Breakfast at the dining hall is grand and service was cheerful. Overall a pleasant stay.

Sound of musicのファンで宿泊しました。 しかし、ホテルは想像以上でした！ 湖の辺の美しさを始め、時を超えて 感じさせてくれる城の美しさに、 大変心奪われました。 また、庭園や食事も最高でした！ 朝食はテラスにて、湖を眺めながら ザルツブルクの山々を眺めて頂く 食事は素晴らしかったです。 今度は家族とともに訪れて、時を忘れて ゆっくり過ごしたいと思います。

We only chose this hotel just because we wanted to follow the sound of the music movie but we were disappointed. The place needs a lot of maintenance. The front desk staff was not friendly and not helpful during the check-in. The floor in our room was very dirty and we couldn't just walk barefoot. The location is too far compared to other hotels for the tourist.
