接待櫃檯態度佳，房間衞生乾淨 但前台告知連續住宿不進打掃可獲得飲料兌換卷 隔天要兌換時，吧檯卻告知人手不足無法兌換 有被欺騙的感覺，感到不愉快

酒店位置好，特別是樓下就一家中餐廳，菜品可口價格也公道，而且分量足，讓在外遊歷10多天的我們補充能量。房間不大，早餐都差不多。

Very good hotel with amazing delights during Xmas time. Rooms very nice and modern. Lobby very lovely. The front desk was courtesy and very helpful. A special thank you to Ms. Sveja who like our Santa Claus making the stay so memorable with a gift of chocolate goodies before we left the Hotel on our way to another city.

The location of the hotel was further away from the train station, but it is very close to the old town and most of the local attractions. The hotel promotes and encourages its customers to save water by offering free glass of wine per room night for reusing towels.

Near train station and bus stops, nice restaurants nearby, also a supermarket at the corner of the street. Overall very convenient. Room bit small and dim. Very appreciate of the small treats at lobby and friendly staff.

酒店的地理位置超好，旁邊就有公交站，走路到愛馬仕還有莫扎特估計衹要17分鐘，附近超市也很多，200m範圍有好幾家，房間很乾凈，還送了一大瓶水，入住等辦理的時候前台會有迎賓水果和檸檬水，酒店的早餐還行，種類略少，但是可以吃飽

Frühstück war voll ok. Alles was man braucht hat man gefunden. Extrem zuvorkommendes Personal. Nichts war ihnen zu schwer . Im Großen und Ganzen TOP
