酒店的4人家庭房不錯，2個大床我們一家4口夠用，地理位置很好，離貝多芬故居很近，步行到貝多芬廣場20分鐘。酒店服務人員非常友善，早餐還行。就是樓下就有酒吧，夜晚有點吵，要把隔音窗關了就OK。

酒店位置極好。旁邊就是米拉貝爾宮和莫扎特故居。從酒店出發步行就把薩爾茲堡市區的主要景點打卡完畢。建議下午6點上山到要塞看日落，真是美極了。我們的房間不靠街，非常的安靜。房間沒有空調，配了一台風扇，還好不是很熱。

酒店的公共區域裝飾得很用心很漂亮，服務人員都熱情友善，留下了美好的印象。酒店內部設施有些侷促，但位置很好。距觀光車總站、歌劇院、米拉貝爾花園和莫扎特紀念館都很近。周圍用餐也比較方便。莫名其妙的是，提前兩個月定的房間竟然比5月中旬每天還貴了幾百元，訂房網站也解釋不清楚。

Difficult to reach the hotel by car for unloading due to construction work. Key lock of the bathroom door in our room was broken. Could not get out and door had be broken up. What an experience. Hotel staff and management were nice though and we got free breakfast for compensation of this bad experience.

This is a very cute, small hotel in the centre of the old town of Salzburg. Carlos did everything in his power to make us feel comfortable and even allowed us to use of a kettle as the tea and coffee would be closed at 9 pm. That was very comfortable although room was small it’s proportionate to the price we paid.  The main town of Southburgh was just a short walk over the bridge. We had a fabulous evening in the old town exploring and found some lovely restaurants and in the morning we went to the new town to the Square and had a beautiful breakfast in acquaint old-fashioned coffee room.
