On a very positive note, the breakfast was excellent. There was a wide variety of choices available, which made for a great start to the day. However, the experience with the check-in staff was extremely disappointing and frankly, quite a culture shock. The level of professionalism and courtesy expected in a service role seemed to be severely lacking. This was a truly negative experience for me. Regarding the room itself, it was too small and lacked a sense of privacy.

The hotel was more conveniently located for public transportation (trolleybus) to Salzburg city center than I had expected. Many lines pass right in front of the hotel, and there is a large shopping mall and supermarket next door, where we could easily purchase groceries during our stay. Despite the hotel being very busy and crowded with guests, the staff at the reception desk and the breakfast restaurant were all friendly and attentive. The view from the hotel lobby was also very nice. One neutral point is that the hotel's entrance sign on Sterneckstrasse could be improved. We spent about two minutes walking around the building trying to find the entrance. Perhaps you could consider adding more signage or a clearer indication of where the entrance is? Unfortunately, I encountered some issues that overshadowed these positive aspects. Having had a very satisfying experience at a BW hotel in Bologna, Italy (which I hadn’t expected much from since it was just a one-night stay during a road 訂房網站, but everything from the breakfast to the bed and interior was fantastic), I had high expectations for this BW Plus hotel as well. Since I visited during a busy tourist season, I didn’t expect an early check-in and everything seemed fine until I entered the room in the evening. First, I found what appeared to be traces of a previous guest in the toilet—yes, a small spot of something brown. It was tiny, less than a quarter the size of a fingernail, but it was still noticeable. I have poor eyesight and often get scolded by my wife for not noticing things like this. I also noticed similar dried brown stains on the bathroom floor, which I assumed were the same thing. The showerhead had limescale and mold, which didn’t leave a good impression. These are issues that could be easily resolved with a bit of bleach, and I thought it would be nice if the housekeeping staff paid more attention to such details. The most disappointing thing was the pillow filling, which I’ll simply attach a photo of here. Many guests, especially those from Asia, praised the breakfast highly in Google reviews, so I had some expectations. However, having stayed at many hotels in Europe, I didn’t find it particularly special. In terms of taste, I would rate it around 70-80 out of 100. (To be specific, I would compare it to breakfast at other four-star hotels like the Grand Hotel International Prague or the Holiday Inn City in Düsseldorf) In conclusion, despite these issues, I still want to give the hotel a 4-star rating. This is because I was able to book a room just two weeks before my 訂房網站 for a rate of around 150 euros per night, which is quite reasonable during peak season in this area. I am confident that with a little more attention to cleanliness and room hygiene, this hotel could quickly improve its customer satisfaction. Despite the concerns about hygiene, I was overall satisfied with my stay at this hotel. This review is written not as a criticism but as a form of encouragement. Für einen Wochenendbesuch auf dem Weihnachtsmarkt (aber auch sonst!) supertolle Lage, da direkt vor der Haustüre zwei Bushaltestellen sind. Ohne Stress mit den häufig verkehrenden Bussen preiswert in die Stadt (viel billiger als Parkgebühren) und zurück! Allerdings: Parkgebühr am Hotel für 18 € ist schon kräftig (sehr enge Zufahrt). Zimmer hat alles, was man braucht, Frühstücksbuffet absolut ausreichend und vor allem gut. Sehr freundliches Personal! Alles in allem eine Empfehlung.

The hotel is great but a bit far from central. The staffs are very friendly n courteous. They always wish u with a warm smile. One of the receptionist Ms Inna is very very helpful n kind. My hubby left his hp in a Uber n she help us to contact the uber , act as translator for us all the way n got our hp back. I would say their service is excellent n superb. I would definately come back again ..one more thing, the bathroom is very open, not very suitable if staying with kids.

The hotel was near public transportation and an easy walk to the old town and there was a mall with a grocery store across the street. It wasn’t bad place but the staff wasn’t very friendly and I saw one of them making faces after a customer asked a question. I checked in and was given a room but when I went to the room it was still being cleaned. Overall my stay was okay but these little things made it less comfortable.

這個酒店還算比較方便，坐公交車去市中心也就1分鐘左右。酒店比較舊但設施還算齊全。這個酒店最大的問題，噪音太大了，分配給我們的房間在3樓，窗外就是主街，晚上到了11點還有很多車輛通過，很難睡覺，而且還有各種不安裝消聲器的汽車和摩託車在炸街。 更要命的是對面大概20米左右，就是一個工地，晚上11點還有大型機械在施工。由於酒店比較老，所以窗戶也並不是雙層隔音玻璃，幾乎無法隔音。 如果您是從薩爾茨堡前往湖區，這個酒店樓下就有直達湖區的150路公交，坐大約一個半小時就能到湖區。但前往後去的人較多，所以在這裡經常會因為公交車已經坐滿了而無法上車，你還是得先坐到150路的起點站（薩爾茨堡火車站）坐車。

薩爾茨堡的酒店價格比維也納稍貴，不過這家房間還行，挺大的，衞生比較及時，不在市中心，公交要坐一站路，不過這個城市挺小，步行問題也不大。

Die Lage ist zwar außerhalb der Stad, mit dem Fahrrad sind es 10 Minuten in der Altstadt. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet, allerdings war unseres nicht vernünftig gereinigt. Das Frühstück ist zwar umfangreich allerdings wurde es während unserem Aufenthalt ab 9 Uhr nicht mehr nachgelegt.
