My experience at Novotel Salvador was just okay. While the pool and rooftop view were beautiful, and the food was amazing, the overall stay left a lot to be desired. The bathtub was not clean, and I didn’t feel entirely comfortable in the room—it had a bit of a creepy vibe. The location is also far from the main attractions, which made getting around inconvenient. If you’re visiting Salvador, I highly recommend staying at Wish Hotel da Bahia instead. It’s a true 5-star experience—clean, beautiful, perfectly located, with an incredible breakfast and welcoming staff. Wish made me feel relaxed and taken care of in every way, unlike Novotel.

Отель полностью соответствует заявленному уровню. Отличный завтрак. Номер комфортный (у нас был обновленный). На верхнем этаже есть бассейн и фитнес-зал.

Fantastic clean and recently renovated hotel. We celebrated a birthday here and loved the experience, the buffet was extensive, but cheaper if you book ahead. The room service was a little slow (our order did not turn up when requested), but otherwise everything was great
