Ficamos encantados com o Jotel Fiesta. Sempre viajamos juntos ou separados, mas eu não tinha me hospedado em um hotel tão bonito, cheiroso e organizado. Estão todos de parabéns! Fomos nuito bem cuidados e muito bem tratados. Voltaremos outras vezes, com certeza e já indicamos o hotel, pra amigos e familiares.

Food was excellent. Breakfast has a lot of options. Bedrooms are very large. Everything went fine except when i arrived the door guys didnt even moved to offer to take my suitcase. I noticed that this happened to other guests. They just stand there and watch. That is not good for a 5 star hotel. Everything else was fine.

Pro It was a good stay again; the hotel is in a good location, good sized comfortable room and really excellent breakfast. Con The staff at entrance and in lobby make absolutely zero effort to help with bags or anything else: not sure why they are there and unlike the helpful recepyion staff.

Für Brasilien Kenner ein sehr gutes Hotel in guter Lage . Die Zimmer sind sauber der Service ist sehr gut und die Menschen sind alle sehr freundlich und tragen zum wohlfühlen bei. Wir werden es öfters buchen . Da wir mehr in Brasilien sind als in Deutschland.
