Worst stay, with curtains not working, tap half broken! not enough lights, just lights fr showcase and not working at the same time! insects and torn bedsheets are the ones you will notice once you enter the room. Worst experience ever! would not suggest couples to stay here. Infact our stay was for 3 days but due to pathetic conditions, we checked out after 2 days!

Staff are not at all amiable, they speak rudely, used towels and bedsheets, no respect for customer price is very much if compared to hospitality. Dont prefer this hotel to anyone

Hotel is situated, very near to the sealdah station, on road calm and peaceful environment, and they have ensure the cleanness, in an word to say it's good to stay.

The hotel is close to the karunamoyee bus terminus. It is well connected with a market area nearby. Accommodation was good. They can improve the cleanliness of the rooms. There’s an adjacent restaurant run by the hotel itself. Though they serve only chinese, the food is good but a little expensive.

Hotel cleanliness was not up to the mark, receptionist was not helpful at all and very unfriendly behaviour. Bed sheets and pillow cover were dirty ***** with towel, toilet was also not hygienic. Light bulbs not in working condition. But restaurant was good, food was good and staffs of the restaurant were friendly.
