I have written a complaint about my stay. Staff are very rude with an attitude. Poo stains on wall need toilet, no soap in showers, TV not working, no pool table as per pictures. Terrible stay. Please avoid at all costs.

Muy mal servicio. El desayuno de pesima calidad y ademas hay que hacer cola para entrar. Cafe y zumos malisimos, es mejor desayunar fuera. Nos teniamos que marchar a las 10 del hotel (check out), y a las 9 una chica de la la limpieza ha entrado en la habitacion cuando aun estabamos en la cama. Una falta de respeto, si van a entrar a limpiar que sea despues de las 10 no ? Que es cuando desalojamos la habitacion.

this hotel is quite good however it was full of kids so not quiet but you can always go to the other pool in the other hotel where the kids were not allowed rooms were average but on this occasion i had a room at the back of the hotel and it was very good for talking to the people opposite about 6 foot from there balcony and directly opposite not ideal loli liked this hotel for the parking which was reasonbly priced for salou but your not able to book it in advance shame overall its value for money about my 3rd visit to this one and i am here again next weekend so its ok cleam rooms friendly staff
