Great place to stay with nice apartments and a jacuzzi with sauna. Well located as well close to everything. Sainsburys across rhe road too. Great for someone who is tired of staying at hotels and wants an actual experience as part of the stay.

All the hardwares are brilliant. Nice room , great location and good facilities but horrible customer service . Have a nice check-in on the first day , sorry for forgot the name, beautiful smile with a warm welcome and remember me when I come back in the next week. However not on the other days, the other receptionist always look grumpy. The thing is I’ve paid the parking every day when I come back from work but for some reason it didn’t show I paid on one of the day and charged it on my card which I paid the deposit. Email the customer service to claim it back , sent all the transactions from my bank to prove but cannot notice the mistake in the first two emails and just say that is what it is. After a few days gat back to me with a few words the money will go back to my account in a few days. No apologies or explanation for the incident, make me feel that I’m the wrong side and just want to cheating. Horrible customer service.

房間乾淨衞生，兩臥兩衞超值公寓式酒店，是到英國住的最寬敞最愜意的酒店，早餐也很好，樓下就是Sainsbury's，走路五分鐘到Arndale商場，太方便了。如果去曼徹斯特一定要選擇。

我們是晚上到的。司機根據導航繞了兩圈也沒有找到大樓入口，後來問人才知道大樓入口也不能停車，衹能停在距離大樓100米左右的地方，推著4個大行李箱和3個小行李箱穿過石板路走到大樓入口，還要提著沉重的箱子上好幾級台階，也沒有服務員幫忙提行李，前台衹有一個服務員辦理入住手續。房間倒是很大，廚房也乾淨，但是沒有提供瓶裝水、甚至沒有電吹風和漱口杯，更沒有牙膏牙刷，有一次性拖鞋。早餐在另一棟樓，需要提前預訂，否則會等待很久。早餐不是自助，也是坐下點餐。服務員比較冷淡，大概是因為太忙。晚上樓下很熱鬧，有好幾家餐館，人來人往。如果衹是住一個晚上不推薦，太折騰。年輕人或家庭旅行應該會喜歡這裡。（圖為入口處的台階和早餐）

Second time staying but this time at Citysuites 2. Absolutely in love with the heated pool and steam room. Also tried out the fully-equipped and well-spaced gym. Reception always friendly and helpful. Room fresh and clean. Lovely selection at brekkie. Highly recommend the Eggs Royale. Will defo stay there again next time we’re back.

We travelled with teenage son for this UK 訂房網站 so we preferred 2 Bedroom apartments, our preference is service apartment. This is a good price for this location, this comfort. We booked for 3 nights stay unfortunately they dont provide housekeeping daily, [ no towel change / no dish washing/ etc ] however you may request for housekeeping daily @£45/day!. The rooms are not big though but comfortable enough for 3 adults. 2 Bedrooms 2 bathrooms 2 queen bed , washer , fridge, kitchen, nespresso machine etc .The location is good 5 mins - 10 mins to food, malls etc. They offer special price for car park opposite Qpark at £18/day. That's good for us cheaper than London which cost us £50/day. Cons: The apartment living room lights are too dim, has widnow but locked and feel stuffy. Pros: we prefer service apartments for long 訂房網站 with family.
