非常一般的酒店離開曼徹斯特市中心約半小時車程地點不太就腳，如沒有駕車不需考慮。但有免費泊車車位尚算充足

Decent hotel , location is sensible, great breakfast with decent options ! The rooms are tidy and of decent size . There was no fridge in the room we were given, for a family of 3! We weren’t able to keep our drinks cold or preserve our perishable items , only downside . Enough free spaces to park , they also allowed us to keep our car parked for extra hours after check out while we went to run other errands .Complimentary biscuits were available in the room. There’s a play ground for kids . An indoor pool game, well you have to pay to use though . About 15-20 minutes drive to old Trafford stadium, very close to Trafford centre.Overall good service😊. Would stay again if I get a fridge in my room !

位置離曼城市中心有距離，駕車約25分鐘，沒車的不要考慮，停車場車位緊張，遲check in 可能會沒位。房間比較老舊，空間大浴室跟廁所是分開的。整體來說還是可以。

We stayed at Novotel and overall the experience was just okay. When we arrived, the kids’ bed hadn’t been made, and the one staff member on duty had to sort it while we went out for food. There was hair on my bed, the mattress was quite hard and uncomfortable, and the kids’ sofa bed had springs poking through. We also found rubbish behind the door, which shows a lack of attention to cleanliness. We didn’t book breakfast because the vegan options were very poor. The stay was manageable, but better mattresses and improved cleanliness would make a big difference.

Disappointing Experience The TV pairing wasn’t working during my stay. The manager came to have a look but couldn’t fix the issue. He left in a hurry, saying he’d return the next day to check, but never came back. On top of that, the bed sheets and towels had an unpleasant smell, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. It's definitely not the standard I was expecting.
