The hotel is near the salford quay nice place. The hotel is close to highway traffic and could be very bad to noise sensitive person. If you close all the windows to reject noise the room is suffocating Bed is too hard like a board not comfortable. Staff in general are nice and helpful. Charge was too high very me that night around 80GBP I will go to Holiday Inn unfortunately fully booked.

Thought the car park was hard to find in the dark . Didn’t realise it was a shared car park with a neighbouring hotel. Costing £14 to park . Also additional fee of £4 to hire kettle/coffee/tea facilities. Which all adds up to extra costs to the booking . Prefer if this was already included with the booking . Could of also added , for a nice touch bathroom products , mini shampoo’s/conditioner ect Travelled from the airport to this hotel , so would of been nice to shower and make a hot drink on arrival.

The hotel is in front of bus & tram stops so great for those needing public transport. The room is clean with a shower & toilet. Staff are a young team, very cheerful and helpful. Car parking is available for a price. Nice scenic spot in front of Quay. Bedding clean but not the most comfortable. No kettles or extras in the room. AC doesn't work so can be unpleasant in heatwave. Nice powerful shower. Good value for money.

Everything all good except toilet / bath very small. Sink at the room and vanity top too small, can’t really put much stuff. No kettle in room. Hair dryer need to get from reception.  Tesco nearby can buy food/drinks . Macdonalds and Starbucks nearby. Tram station doorstep.  A bit noisy as open air car park is right downstairs.

On check out receptionist asked for extra money when I asked him why he said I have to pay for parking i said I don't drive so how it is possible I pay for parking? Then said its ok. They should be professional.

Had an amazing time. Great value for money, access to tram and media city and ofc short hop to Manchester proper. Was my birthday and I got a little card and balloon was much appreciated. Front desk very kind and helpful. Nice rooms too!

when it was too small for a family, the sink was clogged and I had to unclog it, it wasn't very clean when we arrived, the bunk bed didn't have the elastic sheet and when they came to clean it they didn't organize it either, the location is good, but the facilities are terrible, apart from the parking which is paid

Nice low budget hotel , easy to get to via local tram train and bus services . The only downside was the bed was really hard making it difficult for me to sleep but u get what u pay for I guess .

床單有少少頭髮不過都接受到 出風機同埋熱水煲用按金就可以借到 間房有啲細尤其是係個廁所 去洗手間會冚多個頭 不過勝在就係夠平同埋夠方便如果煮一兩日都可以接受
