The room was a bit outdated and the carpet was really dirty. The bathroom needs to be redecorated. It was a bit cold in the room and it was smelly, no heating. The breakfast was nice, buffet set with the traditional English breakfast, the food was quite tasty.

The room is spacious, has nice choice of drink sachet. the place is walkable to major attraction, nearby has Sainsbury that easy to top up your daily needs. We luckily make use complementary/ free parking lot( only 4 cars at one time), or else need to use paid parking facility next to the hotel. The favorite part, they have laundry machine which we used to wash and dry all our 4 days 訂房網站 clothes.

1. 入住體驗 - 酒店的接待服務非常友好，因為航班的到達時間是當地早上時間, 因此致電酒店詢問可否早點入住, 回覆是可以, 非常感謝. - 入住及退房手續是否高效便捷, 但核對人名好像不太嚴謹, 因沒有要求我拿出證明文件便可安排我入住. - 員工樂於提供幫助。 2. 房間品質 - 房間的整潔度中上, 放床的空間不大, 而洗手間較大, 面積設計分配的空間有點怪, 馬桶的位置也是有點怪. - 床鋪的舒適度太軟, 噪音必定會有, 畢竟是在車路旁, 但不是太嚴重. - 沒有空調, 但曼城天氣清涼, 可接受 Wi-Fi 非常穩定, 電視沒有測試. 3. 位置與交通 - 酒店的地理位置, 個人認為算方便，但如不是乘搭指定巴士，也需最少步行十分鐘。 - 周邊有餐廳、沒有景點，公共交通方面，有巴士，自行車，沒有地鐵。 - 容易找到，有停車位 4. 設施與服務 - 不太覺得有健身房、游泳池、餐廳，因此未能評價。 - 不清楚是否有額外的貼心服務（如免費早餐、機場接送等）。 - 不清楚客房清潔服務是否及時到位，因入住兩天時間，故沒有安排這服務。 5. 性價比 - 房價可接受，但我不太有比較其他同區酒店，所以也不太清楚是否合理。 - 與同等級的其他酒店相比，應也值得推薦，但也可比較其他酒店再決定。 - 沒有附加費用，這點非常好，與訂購網站所說的另外收費是一致的, 是2英鎊的城市稅.

A lovely hotel with parking (bonus). Located conveniently for a 訂房網站 to Central Manchester or Old Trafford. Room was clean and tidy although a bit warm despite having a fan. The bath/shower was a bit high for a vertically challenged person like me! Very lovely staff , nice and welcoming. Breakfast was standard buffet style but still delicious. Overall a nice weekend.

We stayed here for a very short time while visiting to watch the Manchester vs Lyon match. Checked in at around 2:20 PM and headed out by 3:30 PM for the game. We returned at 11:55 PM and checked out the next morning at 11:00 AM. Even though our stay was brief, the hotel left a great impression. The room was very clean, comfortable, and everything was well-organized. The next morning, we really enjoyed the breakfast – a lovely English breakfast with bakery items, butter, jam, fresh fruits, and juice. If late checkout (even by an hour) had been allowed, it would’ve made the stay even more fantastic. Still, overall a great experience – highly recommended for a quick and pleasant stay!
