They not even, giving plates to outside food. so rude behaviour. fr that amount rooms are so small..

its seems to be a very old lodge which has been renovated ok for a day or two to stay. cant pay a rupee more than 2500 including breakfast. the rooms are small. over all decent experience , the breakfast was good. thank you .

Hotel room ok. But food is not at all good. Complementary breakfast items are delayed in serving. For example poori was over and many of us waited for a long time for refilling. Same for vada. Noon food is not good especially fried rice items. For room the charge is very high. not worth.

Only prices were like 3 star hotel. Unless it's local upgraded lodge only. No proper air-conditioned. No cleanings in bathrooms. Very worst experiences i had there. The blankets, quilt everything are very old. Only prices were like 3 star hotel unless everything luks like upgraded lodge. No cleaninness, air-conditioned s worst, blankets and quilt are very old one.

The stay at hotel salem castle was very comfortable. The room was spacious. The bathroom was well equipped and clean. The food both ala carte as well as the breakfast buffet was tasty and the spread was good. Overall a great stay. Done.

Hotel location is highly prime center, easy access to all the business center in salem, stay was plea-sent nice hospitality, room was highly spacious with very nice city view from the private balcony nice restaurant, food served to room was very tasty, food delivered to room with quick turn around time, all the basic & required amenities are well placed in the room.
