الفندق جميل ونظيف جدا ولكن الموقع. قريب من الصناعية بس ميزته انه يبعد ٨ دقايق عن جبل اتين. ومتوفره فيه باركنات ارضيه. وفيه ٣ مسابح. ٢ للكبار. وواحد للصغار. والعاملين بالفندق. قمة بالاحترام والتعاون

- Special thanks to reservation team ( Naveed ) for doing his best to fix my reservation after my flight delay, and special thanks to the manager ( Suranga ) for his cooperation and understanding. - Special thanks to Housekeeping ( Rjoo ) , he is very nice and friendly and helpful. - Thanks to housekeeping Staff Taimoor & Ahmed. - I liked the breakfast menu, moreover the breakfast chefs, and restaurant staff are friendly. - Ps. This is my second stay at the hotel, both times the hotel misspelling my name on the reservation which bothers me!

Utensils, coffee machine etc were not clean a toll, tee or coffee mugs were bad, even the plates and spoons every time we pick them were in bad condition, The in-house restaurant symphony that serves breakfast buffet. Curtain shares in rooms need urgent cleaning.

The hotel needs maintenance. I did not complete the fourth night and replaced it with another hotel. There are many comments: the location of the hotel, poor cleanliness, bad smells in the bathroom, and the lack of any cooking equipment in the preparatory kitchen.
