都是雅高集團連鎖酒店 比宜必思能高一點，房間很好相對寬敞，早餐豐盛，服務也非常周到。臨海岸線。價格一般。從火車站步行相對比較遠。周圍還是有幾家餐館。去老城比較近。

This hotel was one of the most disappointing accommodation experiences I have ever had. From the very beginning, the handling of my reservation issue was extremely rigid. I immediately realized that I had made a mistake with the booking dates right after confirming the reservation and requested a change right away. However, the hotel showed absolutely no flexibility and rejected my request without offering any alternative solution. As a result, I had no choice but to make a second reservation at the same hotel. After that, I politely requested multiple times to cancel the original booking (which still had more than a week remaining), both via email and through the booking platform. However, all requests were refused. I also contacted the hotel through Trip and even visited the property in person to explain the situation and ask for assistance. However, the only response I received was repeatedly “it is not possible,” with no further explanation or willingness to help. I have stayed at hotels in many countries around the world, but I have never experienced service that is so rigid and completely unwilling to communicate or find any solution from the beginning to the end. Overall, I felt that even in a situation where a reasonable solution could have been easily found, the hotel maintained a very inflexible attitude and showed no consideration for the guest’s situation. The room itself also had serious maintenance issues. The door of the ground-floor room did not close properly and required excessive force and multiple attempts every time just to secure it, which clearly shows a lack of basic maintenance. In addition, the shower made a very loud high-pitched noise whenever the water temperature was adjusted, making it very uncomfortable to use each time. Parking is also not provided, which adds additional inconvenience for guests traveling by car. Overall, this hotel showed very limited willingness to support guests in resolving reasonable issues. Based on my personal experience, I will not stay here again and cannot recommend it.

Tout va très bien pour cet séjour. On pourra même se balader aux alentours jusqu’au vieux centre
