Had a very comfortable stay—rooms were clean and cozy. The Thai food was absolutely delicious, full of authentic flavors. Hotel staff were incredibly cooperative and made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

Propre, belle chambre, très bon déjeuner à la carte compris dans beau restaurant rhai. J'ai moins apprécié la nourriture au souper mais très bon service.

Hotel was paid for at the time it was pre-booked online but that doesn't show when checking in, says it hasn't been paid for. So I paid for it again after being told when I find email proof of previous purchase I can send that to the main email and I'll get a refund. So I email in my proof of purchase (within 10 minutes) and of course no one in accounting is onsite so I can't be issued a refund until it can be sent to accounting tomorrow. I'm here for one day, and front desk can't process a refund on a room I've paid for twice? Second issue: I chose this hotel based on the photos of the pool compared to the Quality Inn. Arrived and checked in only to find out the pool and gym have been closed for maintenance for awhile. Learned this while standing in my bathing suit at the front desk. I've been mislead about available services and had to pay for my room twice and they aren't even able to offer a refund without it being a process hassle through accounting at a different time.

Chambre confortable, avec plancher sans tapis. Système de chauffage efficace. Le comptoir de la salle de bain est toutefois très petit. Aussi ,  les tissus mouchoirs (kleenex), très minces, ne sont disponibles que dans la salle de bains.
