酒店位置不錯，比較好找，周邊環境也不錯，有免費停車，自駕出行很方便，房間空間比較大，家人們都挺滿意的

Convenient location. There’s a lot of restaurants nearby and it’s connected to a shopping mall. Free parking outside. The spa looks nice but I didn’t get a chance to try. Everything’s nice, clean and well managed. Just one little thing - they do provide three types of pillows but they’re all very soft. I’d prefer a harder one.

We booked the executive suite club level. At check in we were told it wasnt available, which the front desk explained was due to a glitch in the 訂房網站.com booking system they apologized and offered us a $50/nt reduction on a lesser category room, and 2 drink coupons which we accepted with disappointment. At check out the front desk said they knew nothing about the reduced rate and offered no compensation. We never recieved the 2 drink coupons. We had booked the suite 4 months in advance for our sons wedding weekend with the hope of using the suite for pre wedding family gathering, the handling of the issue by the hotels front desk was unproffessional and deceptive. I will avoid this property in the futur.
