The hotel was fine although I had a major problem at check in as Trip.Com had not paid the room (that I had paid) and I had to pay a deposit to enter the room.

There was a problem when booking into hotel as we had gone through 訂房網站 and receptionist said that we had not paid as no confirmation had come over to them from third party.
We explained that we had paid showed her the relevant information on my phone etc -but still insisted that we had to pay .
We waited at reception for about 40 minutes while we waited for the receptionist and manager were in back room sorting it out.This in fact made us late for our evening meal - which we had to miss out on- as well as being late for our meet n greet showing at the Theatre Royal - which we also missed out on- It spoilt our evening - but the amenities and staff in the hotel were fabulous- especially the young girl who served us breakfast in the morning.x

Lovely clean hotel with plenty of shops nearby. Staff very friendly, room roomy and bed comfortable. Food excellent and reasonably priced. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

Amazeing hotel and great loxation will be booking agaon in the future
