Was very disappointed when I saw the room I requested 1 double bed and the room had 2 singles. The room smelt like bad and had obviously been recently vacated and not cleaned. Beds were dishevelled and there was a dirty towel on the bathroom floor. I went back down to reception and was given another room and an apology. I didn't think this was enough for my inconvenience. I spoke to the manager the next day and he asked who I booked with and when I would be checking out. He assured me he would sort something out for me and would be here Monday morning when I'm checking out. He also made remarks regarding my ethnicity which I found offensive. I am now checking out and been told the manager is not here. I am very disappointed and am going to make a formal complaint. Overall the staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. Not really happy with the breakfast very little and no variety. Would not stay here again.

It’s located really close to the Stade de France. The staffs are friendly, i was a bit confused to get the parking area, later we know we need to stop at the gate next to their entrance then ask them to open the gate to the parking area.

Personnel sympa, lieu propre et facilement accessible, le grand point positif est son grand parking surveillé et gratuit (merci). Malheureusement, il manquait deux linges pour visage, car il y avait seulement deux linges pour douche ! Sinon, le reste est top, propreté, petit -déjeuners, etc... On y reviendra avec plaisir !
