Very disappointing stay. Public areas aren’t taken care of, trash bins were overflowing, and the floors were dirty and clearly not maintained. There was no hot water at some point. Housekeeping was completely absent and room wasn’t cleaned during my entire stay. Overall, the lack of basic service and cleanliness made for a pretty unpleasant experience.

My husband and I booked the King Deluxe, and upon inspecting the room, I can see that the furniture was not cleaned, it was old and dusty and had stains on it. The carpet looked like it hadn't been clean in years. The room had a bad smell to it, the bathroom area was pretty decent. I've stayed at Ameristar a few times, and I can honestly say, this was one of the worse experiences I had staying there. Ameristar PLEASE DO BETTER!

Well… this was disappointing. No hot water unless you complain several times, which is unacceptable for any hotel stay. On top of that, there was no housekeeping service at all — I couldn’t even get a fresh towel when I asked. Overall, very poor service and not recommended.
