天鵝2號酒店 (Hotel Swan 2)

The room wasn't good and the service is the worst (on that key there was 101, 116 which is over written on 106) . I saw good rating 4.7 that's why I booked that but I am not suggesting anyone to pick this hotel. The bedsheet wasn't clean and there were mild spots over the blanket.I need to increase the stay and I was thinking I'll do it but after seeing the condition and all I changed my plan to stay the next day too and booked another hotel ( about prices according to price the service is very low and then booked dreamz inn and suites that and the service is mind-blowing I was booked that before too so that's why I planned that there is difference of price but I got far better service). There were insects in the room . TV wasn't working properly and to complain this I picked the phone (landline) that was dead too. so I can say there were props to show but without working . there wasn't a dental kit no paste and tooth brush in the bathroom. yes one more thing I was waiting for my husband in my room to pick me so I was resting on the bed, and suddenly my bedroom's door open I was shocked who is there then a guy come into the room and I asked him hello what are you doing here , he said someone done your checkout at reception (I got a message in the group for checkout) ,may be you submitted your room key at reception and then he turned his face to see the key holder there was the key and then he go through my room and the time was 10:26 Am I said who did this when the checkout time is 11 then who filled that by own and think If i wasn't in good condition then what.

Didn’t visit need my money back as I cancelled booking and call customer care immediately

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at your hotel. There was continuous construction noise throughout the day, making it impossible to rest or relax. When i called the receptionist to inquire, i was informed that the construction work would go on all day. This lack of communication about such a significant disruption during the booking process is unacceptable. Guests should be informed in advance so they can make an informed decision. This experience was far from the peaceful stay i expected, and i hope the management takes this feedback seriously to improve future guest experiences.

It was nice stay. The staff was also good. See you again. Neat and clean rooms. Anybody can believe and stay it will be a super experience.

It was a good experience to stay in your hotel. The washroom was not as satisfactory as i thought. Room service was good.

The hotel is quite unfriendly with the guests, their ac runs don't even cool down at 16 degrees. Fans regulators don't work properly, you run fans on speed 2, it automatically starts running on 5. Highly dissatisfied and i will never go back there

Nice clean rooms and bathrooms easy to locate nice staff in a costly city like chandigarh it’s the best in the price though it is on the outskirts of chandigarh but for travellers it’s the same.

Would not recommend this hotel. Reason 1. Rooms are total closed and no ventilation 2. Ac not up to mark as it makes body dry and you may end up coughing whole night. I even had pain in my eyes. 3. Fan speed and noise are irritable. My room fan was either no speed or full speed. 4. Toilet jet has more speed than original jet.

Room size problem. Otherwise its good and you have to take experience and visit once. So thats all from my side

they charge like it is a 5 star hotel and don’t even serve like a 1 star hotel very dirty place they show a pool and say it is working but when we pay a non refundable room charge they say there is technical issues with the pool it is dirty and cant be cleaned
