The place and the location is amazing. It has a breathtaking view of the mountains and you can enjoy watching the sea of clouds from the deck. The staffs are very friendly and very helpful. Internet connection is only provided at the lobby and near the waiting areas which is a bit slow. I hope they’ll provide internet in their guest rooms. It gets cold at night in the mountains, I do hope they will provide warmer quilts rather than the small sheets they have and not charge their guests for an extra blanket. Overall, it was a great stay though I woke at the middle of the night a bit cold needing some more blankets.

The location was good and its a nice view. we go check in hotel around 4pm after our activities. And we really enjoy it. Thanks

The room was reasonably clean. The location a bit far from the city center but in a very nice and quite spot.

We had a fabulous weekend in pier one hotel, the staff could not do enough for us, no one passed us without asking if they could help us. All the concierge staff went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy. Our room was beautiful with everything we needed, thank you we will be back
